just wondering if it works so if anyone knows about it id appreciate any feed back about it.

Most of the bodybuilders you see in the muscle mags and on the bodybuilding shows are usually on the juice, so of course they look like a bunch of freakin mutants. So take that into consideration before you totally eliminate weightlifting. yeah,but dude i dont wonna look like a bodybuilder i find bodybuilders have the ugliest bodies and i also have enough muscles maybe apart from my abs but when i lose the fat and i dont have enough muscle i'll go do some weightlifting, maybe.
