First of all you need to realize there is no such thing as a 10. Get that through your mind. As hot as a girl might be there is no such thing. that's immediately putting the girl on a pedastal.

Why she would lie about her age. She probably did because younger girls want to date older guys. It's a prestige thing with girls. One girl whos 18 says shes dating a 20 year old and her friend whos 18 says she dating a 22 year old.
Guess whos feeling jealous.

She could be lying but it's unlikely. If she was your age and wanted to lie she'd probably just say she had a boyfriend and she was drunk which im guessing she was.

I would think the talking and making out and swapping phone numbers would be a significant enough sign that she likes you.

She probably told you she's 19 because she thought you were old enough that having sex with a 17 year old would be illegal/immoral for you.

Read that last line again. It has two important implications:
1) She's considered the possibility of getting down with you.
2) You may have legal issues if you proceed with this girl.
