Does the body still grows at 30's

i'm 30 is it too late to workout, will i gain any effective results by working out my body so late?

im just trying to know if its worth it.

No, at 30 you can still get very strong very quickly, in alot of cases faster than in your 20's. However losing fat will be a harder battle.

Why don't you just quit everything and retire.

You not even half way done with your life but you wonder if its worth it?

You are ONLY 30 years old for chirst sake. You have only probably REALLY lived for 5-8 years, you actually probably figuring yourself out still.

Growth of bones and stuff stops around 24, if thats what you mean. Can you workout and get big muscles? Yes.
