Avoiding morality.
I get the forbidden fruit taste sweeter, yada yada yada...
My advice would actually be to step back a little and see if she steps up. Of course she likes the attention and the obvious interest. Let her see you flirt with other women. At the moment you are just a boy toy/eye candy. It also seems like she thinks you might not have other options or she would work harder to close the deal.

She is at your gym. Maybe you should watch her for 15m.

You are 21. Why would you mess with a married woman? Don't you have other options? If not, get some.
Married women are one thing... I will actually admit that I have had sex with two married women in my life fully knowing that they were married. Women have affairs just as much if not moreso than men, they just tend to be better liars about it and most men are oblivious to it.

However, I am mostly concerned with the fact that A) They work together, B) She is kind of his "boss" or at least a superior of his C) her overall behavior seems a bit sketchy. If they start openly flirting or having some kind of affair and people in the workplace find out how bad would it look for him? What will his co-workers think, imagine the rumors and gossip he will have to deal with and how uncomfortable that will makethe workplace? If the husband finds out do you trust this lying woman to not just blame it all on him likely getting him in hot water not only with the husband but also in the job? What if he has an affair but she wants more of his attention and time than he can give... Being his boss she can literally make working hell, or just find a way to have him fired.
I do not trust this woman...

Dealing with an angry husband is one thing, but risking your career and your livelihood at the young age of 21 with all the potential ahead of you is another.

Also he is 21 years old, has a job, and must at least look somewhat good. This guy can pull something better than this with less risk attached.

Buddy, I think you should just snuff it out and say that you would prefer to keep things professional being that the two of you work together and all.

. which is the appeal for me as bad as that sounds.
hey bro, no problem, I'm not moralizing here. Even if I believe it is a deporable thing to do in a worthwhile society (as it helps to destroy it), I'm fully aware we don't live in such a society.

But the coworker problem remains...Maybe you could create an account on some porn-site or in fetlife searching for couples into cuckolding? Hell, I bet there are women that have a cheating fetish, without their husband knowing.

If i just tell her I would like to keep things professional she would just say "what are you talking about? I have no idea?!?!" that is the type of chick this is.... She will deny ever doing anything.

Call it Darwinism, but the risk of me getting blown away by an angry husband with a shotgun makes things so much more interesting.
Haha this is funny.
