I keep falling on my face when I try it. I need to try and strengthen my supporting arm a bit first! :)

Maybe try some tricep kickbacks yourself - strenthen those lifting arms a bit!

And remember to eat 1g of protein per kg of bodyweight every day.

If you do not get enough protein then working tuu will stunt your growth because protein will be used for muscle repair instead of growing, if you do get enough protien then it should not be a problem although i am not qualified to know or tell you whether other factors due to working out will stunt your growth.
