Today was a very hard day. Some of you perhaps now the story of my ex and that I still have to work with her.

Today I had to work 6 hours with her at some kind of show (thus with music). I saw her having a good time, dancing, laughing with everyone. I just ran around with a sad face, pathetic I know, but most of us know what it is to be heartbroken. The hardest part is that everyone knows she has a new toyboy and is still married, but she gets away with it, I just don't understand.

She doesn't show any respect for me even though at some point she loved me, she sees me running around sad, see her having eye contact with me (looks away instantly when I look back), but still, nothing. She tries to initiate conversation and teasing, I just feel too sad to go along.

I think I can act normal, but it would drain a lot of energy and I don't like to do things if it doesn't have any results in the end.

Some side question, can you get a borderline ex back if you act like you used to when everything was okay? I don't want her back, I just want to know so I can hurt her. Yes horrible, but what she is doing now is more horrible.

I am emotionally drained, every situation I think of how it would be with her if we would still be together. And it hurts so f*cking much that this is not the case.

I'm 26 and yes I know. I can't stand people hurting me and especially not in this way. I can't stand good times going away.

No, I don't believe real confidence can be faked, real confidence is built through repetition, consistency and overcoming challenges. But you have to start somewhere, so that means JUMP out there in the jungle and allow your confidence to begin to build as you continually configure ways to succeed AND do succeed.

You are human so allow yourself to heal. Try not to date or be sexually involved with anybody you work with or that's apart of your professional circle because if it ends, then it starts to affect your money. You can replace pvssy easily, but it's not as easy to replace your cash cow. And understand that 99.999% of the women you date or are in relations with will END at some point in time.

People can only hurt you if you let them.... you let them by caring too much what they think of you. Your ex doesn't respect you... so what? Why do you care what she thinks of you?

Living well is the best revenge, go live a good life because it will make you happy, don't worry about revenge and such time wasting nonsense. Any time spent trying to win her back or get revenge is time taken away from you moving forward with YOUR purpose and finding another women.

I care because I just can't place it. I don't understand how someone can leave all the good behind and don't miss it. I'm sure she was head over heels in love, but now, it's just not something I can get over.

It IS something you can get over, and thats fortunate since you have no choice.

This is very lazy and selfish behavior, self pity because you enjoy the misery of it and dont want to lose that piece of you.

This will continue until you decide to face it and move on. Choice is yours, but dont come on here expecting us to join your pity parade.

No. Real results achieved by actions and hard work in real life. That's what makes you feel confident.

What are you, about 14?

What a complete waste of time.

Get over yourself.

LOL
And how old are you seriously? A 64 years old guy doesn't throw the "LOL" word around that often.

You should be using all your energy on improving yourself, motivating yourself to constantly create a better you. Go to the gym, focus more at work, setting goals and reaching them.. We have all been there and have had someone we cared about shoot us down, it's how a lot of us find this site. But you have to move past that point and move forward, not look into the past and wish you had done something different. Take mental notes and learn from this experience instead of crying about someone who won't respect you.

Forgetting about women for a minute, because when it comes to women guys come up with all this magical thinking. The key to building real confidence in almost anything is preparation.

Improve yourself, stay in shape, look your best, practice socializing and being charming, practice approaching, whatever it is you need.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.
