You have to read A2damir's FRs I sh!t you not probably the best guy who does C&F and thats 80% of his game everything else is his inner game, body language, and voice. This guy uses C&F to the point where you would think he is a *******. C&F is not said over and over again because C&F is not a routine. C&F a tool that you would use, and even if you do say the same C&F once inawhile its most likely not the same girl. When I'm doing C&F it isn't fake its natural and congruent. Before I wasn't to into that C&F stuff, but after reading his FRs, you actually have to laugh because its funny, and the girls sometimes get pissed but they can't leave because they know they like it.
Real Life Example
There was a Nice guy friend and a Jerk Friend who both messed with the same girl. Now the jerk fuvked the girl while the nice guy didn't and will never fuvk her.
My jerk friend I used to sit and watch him run heavy C&F on this girl and she used to play like she hates it, call him an *******, stuff like that, saying he hates him, etc. He did this for awhile and I even used to bust on her because she knew she liked him so I would bust on her and DHV my friend. The end results he fuvked her and she even called him one time when she supposedly was cutting school with nice guy, but nice guy and her weren't together they was at home talking on the phone and internet.
Now Nice guy have been speaking to her on the phone for 7 months 5-6 hours a day on the phone, not including school. He walks her places, bought the girl's sister some stuff for her bday. I've stood there and seen her yell at him, I've seen her draggin him around telling him its time to go and he would leave us. I've caught him ditching us to walk around with the girl. I've gave him long inner game talks and he said he would change this summer. Friend comes back and tells me the AFC stuff that he currently is doing, how they still talk on the phone. He has told me that they onced talked about when they would fuvk each other. (Who the hell plans when they have there first fuvk thats some real holding power of sex, which should not be something to use as leverage.)
In this real life example you notice Nice guy is still trying to fuvk her and I've told him to give up 1 month after they started talking and he thought he would fuvk her then, 6 months later he is still at square one. He never even kissed her yet. Jerk on the other hand hasn't done sh!t for her, doesn't talk to her, but she can call him up anytime for sex because she has tried. She also used to be fuvking some other guy in the time span that Nice guy was trying to talk to her, she would cut school to get fuvked by that guy. So tell me who would you want to be in this case? Nice guy or Jerk?
