Does anyone know how to make the white part of your eye, really whiter?

Like you kno the whte part in ur eye? ive noticed some people have like this greenish.. look to it, and some have a greyish look, the older rednecks at my school look like their eyes about all ... murcky and glycomy(like tats a word)

and then there are some chicks who got like
*BRIGHT WHITE* eyes, and they seem to sparkle


also sum dudes have whiter eyes, and this makes their eyes jump out more.

now, my eyes are about average whiteness, but i want to increase it, because i got really dark retina's, and they would look sharper if they stood out better,

now i dont kno if thre is something you can eat to make them whiter, or mayb not to spend so much time in front of screens(tv, pc)

but then again, the rednecks dont watch tv, and dont watch computers, so my guess is that its more nutriotional, or hereditary.

I noticed tht my eyes whiten a bit when i started taking vitamins, and also when i get more sleep.

If anyone has a reasonable explanation for why eyes are whiter then others, or how to get them whiter, then please posta reply

I heard somewhere that cuping your hand over your eyes (with them open) for 30 seconds a day made your eyes brighter.dunno if it works.

I've had a lot of success with household bleach.

Just splash it in your eyes. The stinging will go away in due time.

Wear sunglasses (UV protection). My eye doctor mentioned the yellow growth on the whites is caused by sun damage.

haha, my eyes are ok, they are pretty white, i juss asked out of curiosity.


from what I found out on my own research:

Smoking- Leads to un-white eyes.
Nutrition- Leads to un-white eyes.
Pollution- Leads to un-white eyes.
Inactive Lifestyle- Leads to un-white eyes.
Organ Problems- Leads to un-white eyes.
