I don't really know anything about matching (i.e: what looks good, what looks bad, how to match, style, etc.) so what are some good tips (I like to dress 'normal' not like a thug ganster, emo, or anything eccentric.

start out with a pair of denim, a button up fitted black shirt, leave 2 buttons open, style your hair, and add in some checkard vans. if you have enough money then get a few blazers, button up shirts with some ties and some shirts with a SICK designs.

that's not bad advice, except for, uhh, the whole checkered shoes thing. not exactly a must-have for your wardrobe.

Style has alot to do with your build. Not all people look good in the same style. you have to have your own unique style. Colors look different on people. People tell me that i look good in blue. but someone else might look good in red or green. black makes you look thinner.

I dress normal also. whatever that means. but when I go out i like to look good. im fortunate enough to be related to someone who works at a designer clothes store. light colors and dark colors go to together. light color pants, dark shirt, brown or black shoes and belt. shoes and belts must be the same color. black shoes go good with light jeans. brown with dark blue jeans.

dressing has to do a lot with your character, since I usually have my blazers and shirts custom made I tend to have a unique A-list style. learning pshop helps a lot lol.

but nsu has good taste as well. light pants, dark shirt and a nice belt are b!tchin.

just try to stay away from looking like every other guy which is what happens here in orange county and LA.

Just keep it simple man... Find out what colors compliment you best... Usually quiet reserved people blend earth tones(greens, browns, blues) and people who are lively or like to stick out wear louder vibrant colors.(Red, Yellow, Orange) A nice button up shirt, or fitted T-shirt always works, a nice gold chain, a good pair of blue jeans, and your shoes have to be on point! (Whether they're sneakers or casual shoes) Casual shoes if you're going for a more mature look....sneakers if you just want to have a comfortable laid back appeal.
