No, to most age doesn't matter. "Maturity" matters. If you're going to be in a steady relationship with any girl, you're going to want her to be halfway mature. It's all your judgement though. I really don't have an "age limit" or anything. I just kinda go with my instincts. You have to have a little common sense though. If you're 17 and you're going out with a 13 year old, chances are things aren't going to last. But I've never seen anything wrong with dating at the most 2 or 3 years apart. As you get older (late 20s and early 30s) things start to change, because you're both completely grown up. But for now, just kinda go with your instincts. Towards the beginning of the relationship, you'll see if it's going to work out or not.
