There’s been tons of propaganda over the past 10-20 years that created age discrimination.
They used to say 60 was too old to hire.
Then it was down to 50.
A few years later it was 45.
Then it was 40
Now the HR feminist-harpy hiring managers moved that discrimination age down to like 32 years old they say you’re “too old” to be hired.
The stuff reminds me of the scene in Pinocchio when the children live in a fantasy land where there is no adult supervision and it’s a bunch of spoiled kids all getting drunk and smoking cigars and gambling.
The truth is you gain life experience with age and perseverance. You don’t just color your hair blue, get tattoos, piercings, hate men, attend protests, and hide behind a desk in HR to promote backwards agendas.
That’s all similar to the question at hand.
