Do you think ADD/ADHD is a myth?

A lot of kids at law school went and got an ADD diagnosis. Coincidentally, the accomodation is getting time and a half on exams. The final is 100% of the course grade and the grading is on a curve where everyone competes against each other and there is a quota of failing grades.
