Do you think a chick that says she is looking for a "travel buddy" is really looking for some guy to spend money on global vacations for her?

Going by the extremely limited information provided, my take is this:
1. as if being 32 and on Tinder wasn't bad enough, the first photo she uploads is not very clear and doesn't show very much she looks like, which means she probably is dishonest and a time waster
2. she first said she's looking for her soul mate, so her mentioning 'travel buddy' I see it as a way of expressing that she likes to travel.

Maybe, although I think she wants the fantasy of having hot wild sex and adventures in far off places with a guy more than that.

She's bad at marketing. If she was truly looking for a soulmate, then why is she on Tinder? There are better places to find a soulmate than Tinder. Even among apps, Hinge and Bumble are more oriented towards longer term relationships. If she wanted a soulmate, then her best option is doing something in the real world.

As for the travel part of it, maybe she does enjoy travel. The only way that a 32 year old woman can get to travel regularly is if she has a Girl Boss high paying job or her parents fund her travels. It's possible that she's looking for a male to replace her parents in funding her travels.

A rookie would think she’s looking for those same things in ONE guy. No. She’s looking for two different guys…..Chad the soulmate and you the bestie to fund her travels and tag along with.

Travel, food and dogs. The Big 3 of chick’s dating profiles lol.
So true. That's a basic White woman's profile.

That's insightful. Be Chad.

They replaced dogs with cats in the past several years because of the stigma of “get a cat and box wine and die alone”.

The whole 'cat lady' thing had a stigma as far back as the 1990s, if not further. Even in the 1990s in my childhood, I have memories of single women 30+ owning multiple cats. In the 1990s, single women 30+ were less common than 2010-present.

The dog thing has gotten bigger because the Millennial generation transformed dog ownership upon reaching adulthood in the 2000s/early 2010s. Prior to the Millennials, when people owned dogs, they owned them later in life after getting married and often getting a single family home. Starting in the 2000s, Millennials changed that and refused to wait until later in life to get dogs. They started getting dogs as single, never married people.
