In most settings with car doors, I won't open them for women. There's not too much of a point to doing so.
I'm more likely to do it with building doors but even that's not too important.
Opening doors for women is not going to result in too much of a difference in seduction results, either for attracting new women or for retaining existing ones.
Helping a woman with heavier luggage while traveling together would be useful.
Most of the door things are a bit outdated, as
@zekko mentioned. The younger posters that mainly deal with Gen Y/Millennial women or Gen Z women who were raised after 2nd Wave Feminism (1960s-1980s feminism) and The Sexual Revolution of the same time period won't notice much with this. The women of these generations were raised mostly as independent women.
By my senior year of high school (2000-2001), most of the females from the Class of 2001 and Class of 2002 were expecting to be independent women and work during most of their lives. The Class of 2001 and Class of 2002 were women born in 1982-1984, so these are now women who have reached their 40th birthdays. They would not have expected it then and the younger women have even followed suit.
