Like supps or maybe gear even. How has it helped you?

And no I'm not going to take anything crazy, I currently take fish oil, glucosamine/chondroitin supp, and a multivitamin.

I took plenty of stuff in my life, bodybuilding supplements were among that too. But mostly illegal stuff.
I take nothing now btw. What do you want to know?

I take nothing now btw. What do you want to know?
Mostly just how they affected you, both positively and negatively. I always heard that if you know what you are doing, nothing bad really happens. But what about the long term? Specifically HGH. And are omega-3s really as important and helpful as people say they are?

I did not take steroids and BB pharm, bro, sorry, can't say much.
But that's definately a bad idea untill you get pretty jacked naturally. I've seen guys who took that crap from the beginning, they just turned into blobs.
Omega-3 is good, I would also recomend creatine powder, that gives you energy for workout, and good nutrition, thats all. If you are skinny, you can take gainer.
It all depends on your experiense in gym, age, bodytype and goals.

I'm not looking to take anything, I'm not interested in it. But knowing the positive effects they bring and HOW they affect your body by doing so and so, that is what interests me. It can affect how I train. That's why I'm asking.
