Do you ever get annoyed by it?????

Every since I have been lifting weights and becoming bigger and more muscular I notice that I'm almost not respected anymore,by some women, as a human but more as an object.

Its both what they say and what they do.

I walk by a group of women I know,one shouts "Hey Muscles!". I mentioned to a customer at work how I might be a "Chippendale"(not decided) for Halloween and she said "Be sure to stop by my house". It seems like one women at least a day grabs onto my darn biceps or punches my chest......I didn't start lifting weights for this(women I know not random strangers). Granted its nice to receive compliments on my physique,but I'm starting to become annoyed by it. I'm not even built like a bodybuilder,but more; http://asoboo.com/images/full/101.jpg
I would be fine with a compliment or two a week,but it seems like I'm just becoming an object to alot of people.

How do you deal with it?

I'll tell you the same thing I tell chicks when they complain about all the guys that hit on them................GET FAT AND UGLY AND YOU WON'T HAVE A PROBLEM

Accuse them of sexual harassment,flirt and bang them.When they're taking it up the arse they are the "object".

What a stupid post! "Oh poor me! Women hit on me all day long, and they only want me for my muscles! Oh, what am I going to do?!" Do you realize how stupid this sounds? What DID you start lifting weights for then?

I started lifting weights because I was 115 pounds freshman year,I WAS SKINNY! I did it as more of a self-improvement thing and now am 150 pounds. If you lift weights for the women,then you will not have the dedication to go in there twice a day,four days a week like I do. People who lift for themselves can basically stay in the gym knowing everytime they pick up a weight they make their life better.

I do. I don't go in that often but I'd say at least 3 days a week for the past year.

Just curious do you do protein shakes or protein supplements?

Also, how tall are you?

Wow stfu haha. But seriously, that type of physique is I guess the ideal for the most part, a bodybuilder physique definatley isn't. I think your just braging.

No supplements at all. I'm 5 7". I used to weight more,it was fat and muscle weight. I started cardio and started to eat alot healthier,trimmed 10 pounds.

Unless your exceptionally good looking you are NOT that big believe it or not.

Oh boy I'm gonna start here. I'm decent looking(I'm no Brad Pitt). I'm 5 7",150 pounds,no creatine weight,no supplements at all,its all muscle,low body fat(9-10%),which makes for a very nice combo.

Unless you have broad shoulders, your NOT that big believe it or not.

Ha,my chest and shoulders are my strong point. I do my shoulder presses with 50-60 lb. dumbbells. I do my bench presses with 70-80 lb. dumbbells,no one in my weight range keeps up with me.

Unless your short and thats a little bit below average, your NOT that big believe it or not.

I clearly stated I'm NOT that big,which is why I'm wondering what would happen if I continue to push at the gym soo hard.

BUT you have made a BIG jump and put on a lot of muscle BUT your not skinny or BIG but now average weight.

So I think your a liar and either need a lot of attention or are a troll because the scenario you've mentioned doesn't compute logically.

I'm neither. I wouldn't start shouting troll yet buddy, look me up the forum,I've been here awhile now and I only wish to help others and vica versa.

I agree with some of the above posts - you are missing golden opportunities to bust on women, tease, and be a challenge.

You can act shocked and make a big deal about how you "aren't a piece of meat, you want to be appreciated for your inner beauty." All that crap that beautiful women say - you can totally turn it around on them.

You take your pick BUT do remember this that if you DID went from 115 - 150 I have alot of respect for you. If not your only lying to yourself brother.

I'm not lying infact I was above 155 not too long ago. I picked up cardio and started to eat healthy and dropped some bodyfat.

On a side note,its time like these when people come to ask for genuine help and people start to flame and call out who they think are trolls that drive people away from here.

I hear ya man!! Don't let all these flamers burn you down. I get that sometimes with co-workers and girls that know me. They have seen my pic's and have came up to me and wanted me to let them run their fingers down my abs...LOL sounds silly but they really do go Ga Ga sometimes.

BUT you have to look at it like this. When you see a big breasted bed thrasher and think to yourself "NICE RACK" your guilty of the same thing. Howerver; it seems girls can come up and ask to touch you, but we could never get away with that at work....

SO in the end my personal opinion from some experience would be this....IT's life. If you don't want to get bigger because of it just maintain and stay lean.
