Do you (DJ's Only) even bother with chiks without cell phones?

Just curious, after reading so many posts here about people having so much trouble getting ahold of girls, what to do with answering machines, do I leave a message, nobody was home, bla bla bla. Im just curious, after successfully numbering a girl, if its not a cell phone, or she doesn't have one, do you even bother with her?

Me personally, I don't. I find the hassle of dealing with anyone, much less a girl Im trying to screw, with out a cell phone is adownright pain in the as s, for all the reaons mentioned above. I have found that if Im juggling at least 7-8 potentials/numbers at a time, WHY EVEN BOTHER. Its definitely not worth the hassle.

So, do you next? I do. No cell? NEXT.

So you mean to tell me that if you meet a chick that is a HB10 but she doesn't have a cell you next her.

If you get the answer machine just say this


" Hi this is myfriendblu we met at this place and leave a number".

No need for games and other sh!t. Never be too quick to next.

? Dude, cell phones have only been really really mainstream for about 7 years (if that)? People were macking on chicks well before the age of cell phones. I wouldn't next a girl over something so trivial. Besides, doesn't the DJ bible encourage getting any number other than a cell? (like a home #).

If is really is a problem with her, and you aren't that interested, then the lack of a cell phone really isn't the problem...it's just that you aren't interested enough.

Personally i would rather get a chick with no cell phones. All the girls on campus that have my number and have a cell phone either call too often, try to keep tabs on me, or call at the worst f*cking times, or even worse when i'm with other chicks.


Good cell trick though so girls don't go through yours and talk sh*t about all the chicks numbers in there, i think i found it on this forum, is to instead of putting thier names on their numbers, use cars. (ie: sally is under mustang, Tina is under T-bird, etc).

You can say that again. It's not as if I was free right then and there to see them when I call so it doesn't matter if I get them directly.

If I had to play telephone tag with a woman I would NEXT her. If the messages we leave each other doesn't go something like this I move on.

but your 29, not that thats old, but.....ya know. i think its more of a younger thing, with all the 16-24 crowd of girls ya know. Older people lead alot more stable lives, spend alot more time at home, aren't away at college, etc....

Yea, but what about setting up booty calls and such, especially if your both away from home? Without a cell phone, thats downright pain in the butt.

As far as people calling to often and keeping tabs, most new phones have caller id AND a reject button. Don't wanna talk to who's calling? Reject button sends right to voice mail.

I too was VERY against gettin a celly at first. i figured I would lose it, break it,waste of money. Now I got one, I can't live without it.

seriously tho, the booty calls thing, that is a definite pro except that she should be home if its a booty call. and if i wan't a booty call and one girl isn't home i pull out the rolodex and call next on the list. on a good night a booty call happens on the first call after midnight. my record for most calls before a bc is 8. not bad i think. As for cell phones there are many more cons than pros. like what has been said so far.

i wasn't saying i don't like chicks with cellies what i was saying is i prefer girls that don't have them, and i would never 'next' a hb because of a cell.

You're missing the point. If you can't get in touch with the chick after several phone calls/messages, move on to another one. Whether or not she has a cell phone doesn't matter. If she's interested, she'll return your call. If she doesn't want to talk to you, move on. There are SO MANY chicks out there, you can't waste time on the flakey ones.

16 is NOT statutory where I live, perfectly legal. And most of the college chiks around my area, at least the ones that go out and are social, are around 17 - 24.
