The problem is with soil conditions what they are many times real food is lacking in these nutrients. Or one day it might have them and one day it might not depending on where it was grown. Or it might have a smaller percentage of it. It's not that simple.

K2, Magnesium Oil and D3 are keys to staying healthy...especially heart health. And no amount of food is going to give you the amount of those you require to deal with the endemic calcium problem.

And if you don't know what the calcium problem is you should probably find out before it kills you.

Some vitamin supplementation "does work" to an extent. As usual it's better to get the vitamins and nutrients from real food. I'll give two which will improve your mood if you have been depressive, or maybe you drink too much:

Vitamin D3
Fish Oil
