Do hot women carry more internal "bad genetics"?

Something I have wondered about as I keep seeing women under 30 who have serious illnesses like cancer or leukemia, etc is that they always are very good looking it seems.

So I am wondering if the cost of them being externally beautiful genetically comes at the cost of them having bad "internal genetics"?

Obviously I don't think lots of studies have been done but it would be interesting to see if there was any correlation with that.

I don't know the answer, but it reminds me of how they inbreed certain dogs and other animals to keep their breeds pure. That's a case where they're seeking a certain look at the expense of introducing bad health.

It's an interesting question. Maybe there is some sort of cosmic karmic balance at play, if there is something to it. But personally, I find most women under 30 attractive anyway, unless they're out of shape of course. Essentially, being attractive = youth.

Hi Zekko,
Reluctantly I have to agree with you, though it would seem to refute
Darwins thoughts on natural selection.....I recently read "Children of the SS"about Hitlers Lebensborn program...Many of the unwanted offspring in this program, were cared for after the War by French charities, they reported a far higher proportion of mentally retarded or physically handicapped than in the general population...Perhaps Wallace the co-presentor of the theory of evolution might have seen the hand of an "Intelligent Creator"at work?

It's the same reason why every "missing woman" seems to be a hot blonde. While there are all sorts of unattractive women that also go missing, they don't register on your radar.

Inbreeding in human beings does not produce physically attractive specimens. Quite the opposite, in fact.

My understanding is that the Lebensborn were simply illegitimate children of German women (or of Nazi officers and foreign women) or kidnapped children from occupied territories. While they may have been selected for the program based on their physical appearance, they were not deliberately "bred". Considering that the objective of the program was to improve German genetics, it would make no sense for the Nazis to pick children who are mentally or physically handicapped.

Hi Bokanovsky,
"Inbreeding in human beings does not produce physically attractive specimens. Quite the opposite, in fact."....The very word "Inbreeding"triggers a memory of that young Guy,playing a Banjo at the start of "Deliverance",a retard he might have been, but he could sure pluck a chord.
Very hard to find out much about the Lebensborn program,as all records were destroyed and after the War,the Countries that had harbored these programs didn't want to know uncomfortable truths, about their collaboration....The book I mentioned is probably the best source of information.....Jointly written by Clarrissa Henry & Marc Hillel, it has been out of print for forty years...The retarded offspring I referred to were from the French program and probably was not truly representative as the Kids were "Cherry Picked"by those Germans who were adopting...We shall never know.

I don't know if this adds to the discussion, but in my social circle I've noticed that the most attractive women, after pregnancy, then birth of their child, usually enter a "nesting" period of 1 or 2 years.
After that, they start arguing with their boyfriends and looking around.
I've noticed that really attractive girls do this.
Now, I can't say if it's a natural thing that all women feel inside after pregnancy, that is, looking for a higher genetic "value", while the other takes care of the baby.

Again, I've only seen very attractive women do it.
After pregnancy, it's as if they come back available on the market.

What does this have to do with having terminal illnesses?
