I notice a lot of protein makes me thirsty, so maybe that's the cause.

Also, which vitamins are antagonists to zinc? because I take a multivitamin and a zinc vitamin everyday, and I don't want the multivitamin to shut down the zinc.

I know like copper, but what about other stuff like magnesium and calcium etc. etc.?

High-protein diets, also known as low-carbohydrate diets, are generally used for weight reduction. Many forms of high-protein diets exist. Examples include Atkins and the Zone diets. These diets emphasize the intake of high levels of protein and fat--in the form of meat, eggs, fish, most dairy products and low-carb vegetables--while minimizing carbohydrate intake. While on these diets, some people experience frequent urination.

For what I know calcium as well, so dont take your zinc supplement during your post workout if you are taking calcium as well (like a milk shake).

Personally I take zinc on empty stomach and avoid taking it before bedtime, for some reason it keeps me vigilant and disturn my deep sleep.

Zma is even worse, I awake 2 or 3 times during the night and wake up like sh1t.

Not to scare you because this may Not be your situation... Though a couple signs of Diabetes can be extreme thirst and urinating alot. Now anyone can get thirsty or have to pee, but if seems more than usual talk with your doctor.

Calcium can slightly offset the Zinc, but it isn't something I'd really worry too much about. I've never noticed any difference with protein shakes, but I only drink one or two a day.
