Okay, so i am at a target and i walk around for a while. Dude, you're complimenting their body way too soon without having them work for their compliments for you. Also, when complimenting women, you don't want to compliment their physical attributes. Compliment their clothes (how it color cordinates with the rest of her attire for example) or personality.

Another thing is you asked Hb7 "Can I" talk to you. Avoid using the words "can I" and substitute with the word "let me".
