show me post A and B, cuz i dont understand what u mean. i try my best to help you if u can show me examples in the bible.

you can lift heavy but you also need to get the right diet, u need to rest, u cant go train everyday otherwise you will overtrain yourself and LOOSE gains, LOOSE your muscles. you only grow outside the gym. not inside the gym.

yes you are right. only because your body needs and WILL adapt to your lifestyle in the gym but when u say long term, i hope u mean more than one year. and u wont see much gains. hardly any.
and you have no idea how much the form is important. if your doing ur form wrong ,u coud easily pop your rotary cuffs and be out for min of 6 months.
most guys in the gym. will have the form competely wrong and not working anything. working the total oppsite, then they think to themselves'im not feeling it"

a man can make the commitment to go to the gym. and train hard and dedciate himself, but also do everything wrong. its not that easy as you think.
