DJ attitude changed everything and why I'm back here

Back when I first came here over three years ago, the board had totally different people. I came because I wanted to improve my game. I didn't have any sort of social problem, but I was stuck not getting laid, even though I was a sophomore in highschool. I learned that it is all about the DJ attitude from a guy named AntiDump.

Just like now, I was primarily a reader back then, and it all worked. I went to a highschool of about 2500, which was about 80% white, and you asians know we got the nerd stereotype to fight. The DJ attitude had me not only taking no sh!t from chicks, but from guys. This combined with getting more and more chicks' attention turned my highschool track around. I went from being relatively unknown to on the prom court and at parties with jockos and stuff by the end of senior year.

I ended up in a good relationship all thanks to this site. I am back here only because I never visited the site for 3 years and became AFC over the years and ruined my relationship. That is when I remembered this site and came back.

So what am I getting at in this post, well, this stuff really works, not only for women, but for your social life. Secondly, if you leave this site once you get a good relationship or life, you'd better not forget any of the stuff that made you, or else you will lose it just as fast. ~Zappa

I have to say, I am truly amazed...

That was one of the most intelligent replies to a thread I have ever seen, you're reply single-handedly makes this thread bible worthy.

Actually, this sounds to me like a guy that has this shyt figured out. No bullshyt.

This is what its about. Realize that you don't need women, flirt, go for the girls you want, be relatively persistant in a charming way (not neccesary with social proof) and don't put too much stock in any girl, be naturally aloof because you have lots of other options and shyt is cake. Who needs a site??

First of all it's "Rahul". It's from Sanskrit, not Spanish. I'm not latino.

Second of all, I am not a racist by any means or measure. The only class of people I hate are confederate flag waving rednecks, and only because they are racist.

And third of all, I'm not a nerd, although I am very smart and years ago I did fall into the stereotype. Nowadays I am one of the most social people you will ever meet. Perhaps you should be the one thinking about drawing false conclusions about people before you know anything about them? Because of course you accused me of being prejudiced, yet were the first to lay down a stereotype.

Yes this site did change my whole attitude, but I've come to realize that the whole "DJ mindset" and the bible are a little too AFC for me. That's why I'm eventually going to be moving over to mASF, though not until I've completed the bootcamp. I'm not going to say that I am an "Alpha-male" now just from reading the information because I think rising to the top of the social strata requires a lot of work, and more good looks and riches than most people on this site would care to admit.

If you read over your reply, how can you expect to get anything different than the response I posted?

My question to you is, if the techniques and strategies on this site are so much bullsh*t, than why are you even on it?

Well I'm hoping that the second time around you will TRUELY get it. Zappa there is a lot to learn from your situation, but it's not what you think. All that this site has done for you, is work as make-up to cover insecurities. You tried to inherit an illusion that guys from this site painted and said was "ideal". When you met women, you tried selling this illusion; and people bought it. That's ALL that it ever was. It was never TRUE integration into your personality, hence the dropping "back to AFC".

I hope this is living proof to you guys that we need to figure out what is TRUELY stopping us from getting girls. What part of us do we perceive is so "ugly" that a girl couldn't POSSIBLY by attracted to us, so we must learn ****y/funny, and magic tricks, and scripts to cover up these insecurities so that nobody see's them. And we call THAT self improvement? How? The insecurities are never solved, they are but tucked under a fake persona. And they WILL come to the surface eventually, they always do, until you've addressed them.

So, Zappa, what is it about you? What experiences did you have that solidified the perception that you are a "nerd" or a dork, or "ugly" that you can't get chicks by being who you are? It's no doubt THERE. I know you can feel it, as we all can. True confidence comes from figuring out that we all have the potential to be 'great' but not until we've recognized our flaws, and been through situations that have required us to discover those inner strengths, will we be consciously aware of them. You can't be yourself until you know yourself.

Blitz, you really hit the nail on the head. I fell back on this site as a crutch in the reality of hitting the single's scene full force again. The best thing I received this time around came from an earlier post by PS about being. Acting DJ and techniques are going to wear off after a while... You have to be... And that truthfully is what I think about when my game is feeling shaky. It made the dry spell after my breakup shortlived, but it still needs some acceleration. ~Zappa
