Distuingishing between AFCs and REAL LIFE PIMPS

I don't believe I have ever posted in one of Skip's threads... reason being, and I'm gonna finally say it:

He's a complete douche.

Any advice given is nothing but rehashed things that most of us already know, laid out in bullet form like some sort of instruction manual.

There's no basis on real world experiences, for the most part.

He reminds me of Black Italian and that other guy who was on here a while back... I can't remember the name right now, but he had sever ADD and it showed in his posts... it just gets annoying to read this garbage day in and day out and scares me to know that some new guys who really can turn themselves around are taking this advice as gospel and shooting themselves in the foot.

I really don't take anyone's advice on here but my own... and as far as sharing "tricks or techniques"; that is where we are different.

You use tricks to fool a girl into thinking you're something you're not... That's probably the reason why you're no good in LTRs. You're all smoke and mirrors and once the initial excitment dissipates, the girl starts to see that you're not all that you were cracked up to be.

I'm just myself and never use a trick or a technique to "fool" a gril. that's not what becoming a so called "Don Juan" is about.

I've worked hard at becoming more charismatic, and confident man and i never put on an act. The way I am is the way I am.

Skip doesn't advocate being a DJ- he's no expert in anything, either. Besides, you don't need to be an "expert" to interact with women. I'm not professing to know a whole lot, but I would wager there are many men who come to this site who are lost, looking for some good advice...they aren't looking to become a "pimp" they just want to lose their fear of approaching, figure out what they're doing wrong and find the direction to happiness, not to despair. Neil Strauss is a PUA. Do you think he's any happier knowing "the game"?

Resorting to games to get women is akin to being a crooked salesman looking for a sucker- if you approach enough eventually you'll find your sucker! Who wants to approach dozens of women just to get a lay if you could get better results by making yourself more desireable? I don't know about you guys but I don't have much time to approach lots and lots of girls so I work on correcting mistakes, fixing flaws and reading up in the DJ Tips section of this site for inspiration and motivation to change myself.

Eventually you just have to accept yourself at the very core of your being. Embrace your positive qualities and learn to accentuate them. Once you do that and talk to girls you start to understand there's really no reason not to talk to them- they aren't going to bite! If anything women are very non-confrontational and will do a lot to avoid it. Develop your inner game and notice how it shines through. Ever since I started changing my perpective I even had a coworker notice saying that ever since I bought my motorcycle it made me sexier...yeah the bike makes my happier but that isn't it, honey

Skip, I can't read any posts of yours unless they are quoted since you're on my ignore list, sorry about that. I catch people quoting you and there, though. Being a pimp is a cultural thing- even if it shares ideals that are similar to being a DJ they are NOT the same. I advise anyone out there who came here confused and lost like I did to read up on the bible, understand the dynamics in how men and women interact and talk to girls casually. Think of every girl that you open to be a social experiment and don't favor any sort of outcome- either way you're going to walk away with an experience...use it to learn from. A lot of material on this site will benefit and motivate but you must make an effort to take baby steps otherwise all is lost.

You are not a loser if you don't agree or if you argue with skip; personally I think he's a douchenugget. There are plenty of members here that will give you less ambiguous information that will not only tell you what to do but explain in detail why you should do it so it makes sense. Much of that information is in the bible. Shezz, Pook, Puertoricanlover, Squirrels, Life Force and many others here have a good handle on things. Alas it's up to the individual to build their case and make judgement calls on good vs. bad posts. I pray that many of our members here are finding the information that helps change their lives for the better, because in the end that's all that matters.

Yeah, skip's threads are just old advice rewritten, but I don't flame him for it, some new people on the site might need to see it. I do disagree with some of skip's stuff, but I just tell my own opinion and let people decide for themselves which advice they like. I don't take anybody's sides because I think if you have your own opinion, then just post it. No need for all the flaming.

Let's just put it this way, everyone has their own way of approaching/getting girls. So the idea is to learn different techniques, make up your own, and figure out what works best for you.
