Dilemma: When a girl is overweight

There is girl I'm really interested in right now. She's got a very cute face, nice personality, we share a lot in common all that stuff. Only issue is, she's overweight. She used to be quite thin a few years ago looking at some of her old myspace photos, and she was hot! I saw her once a couple years ago where she was putting on a few pounds, but looked a bit "thick" but nothing bad at all(in fact I prefer thick woman, not fat thick but Kim Kardashian thick). And when I saw her not too long ago, she's now really packing it on.

Now I'm a guy that REALLY believes in being in shape. I work out, I do lots of bike riding, I do martial arts three times a week, I try to watch what I eat and I believe in living an active lifestyle and hate the whole American way of sitting on the counch watching TV all day while eating a bunch of fat processed foods then blaming it on your thyroid or some sh*t because you've become a fatass meanwhile driving up health insurance cost for everybody to cover your added health risk. I'm only mentioning this so you know where I come from.

I'm starting to dig this chic as a person, and I think I could accept the weight she is at, but my fear is what if she becomes bigger? She's in her mid 20s, and women at that age are about as good looking and fit as they're ever going to be. And if they're already letting themselves go at that age, what's going to happen down the line? Have any of you guys, especially you fitness guys ever liked a girl that was overweight and had concerns about that? I'd feel like a real shallow bastard to brush off an otherwise great girl over something like that, but on the other hand, if she did become fatter after we were in a serious relationship, I'd be none too happy about that.

Here is what I would do. I like thick women as well but not fat. However, a healthy women is also important. I would start dating her, but doing physical activities. If she's not willing to do them, then she isn't worth your time. But if she is, then she'll be a keeper.

She might not be at your level, and don't do anything that she would need to over exert herself, but make it easy and fun.

My girlfriend is thick too. Banging body for my taste (thick thighs, big butt and t!ts. face is about an 8..) and awesome personality. She gets hit on quite often. But, has a gut on her. I look past that fact and take her for who she is. As MacAvoy said; do outdoor activities with her. Frisby, bike riding, basketball, swimming... whatever you like.

No. She said something about a new year's resolution to lose weight, but that's so generic it doesn't mean sh*t unless you see results with your own eyes.
