Difference between handsome, hot, pretty and cute?

A girl called me a "hot little lovemuffin" the other day.

She then decided to phone her friend in Canada as she thought we should get married. She was also outrageously drunk.

It's not what they say but HOW they say it. You spend nuff time dealin with females, you start to learn the subtle cues in their intonation which signal interest.

A lot of you fools need to get in the field before spouting your 2 cents.

i've been called all sorts of things. Most mean they're into you. I’m not saying I’m a male supermodel but I understand how to make my look work for me so having that can definitely make you good looking to a women.

The difference between hot, pretty, or handsome does not concern me the slightest.

Pretty/Hot - She is the current modern urban update to Beautiful. (See random hollywood/music pop stars for examples)

Cute - Teenager/Immature appearance. (See Jackie Chan or Alyssa Milano for examples)

Handsome - Masculine, yet not too masculine that women will turn their heads away. (See David Beckham or George Clooney)

Ugly - Look at the mirror, good example.

Brought up the situation with my one-itis.

She says that a girl calling a guy 'pretty' can mean a few different things.

I ask if it was if I was too 'metro' or something. She said no. Probably meant attractive, but not in the 'rugged', mature sense of the word.

the only time I've ever been called pretty is when i use it on myself when doing C/F.... ie "oh pft you're only mad because i'm prettier than you.. lets be honest..." etc.

dont worry if you're called cute, pretty, whatever... i've been called "scary" in a laughing tone but i still worked my game n it ended up fiiine, despite being 'scary'.

Handsome and hot are definatley good.

I've only been called pretty once by a girl, and she ended up giving me head the next week so I would say it's not THAT bad.

Cute has different meanings. It depends on how the girls says it.

I walked into work today and had a girl co-worker look at me and said I "looked nice." Although she has mentioned her boyfriend in the past, I caught her looking down once or twice today. (I don't like her anymore than a good girl-friend.)

Other girls definitely noticed but didn't comment.
