I'd switch your squats over to hack squats instead of using the smith machine. Even if your gym doesn't have a power rack, if you can find a space to fit a barbell with weights then you can hack squat/deadlift your way to size.
blew my shoulder out and haven't been to the gym in months. I'm gonna get a 3 month membership at the end of the month and make that last push for the summer season. Tennis is a ***** for the body.. I've learned it the hard way too, back's messed up because of the second serves behind the head, and yeah shoulders for sure.
But it's a sick sport
