There are news reports of protesters taking selfies with the police, and the National Guard declining an invitation to come over to the White House until much later, and police helping and escorting people on the stairs to make sure nobody trips on their way getting inside the White House. If this was a BLM protest then we all know this would have been a different story.

I made a remark about this on another thread in a reply to @zekko, but have decided to delete the reply post on that thread and start a new one instead in case this gets too divisive/controversial like the other BLM thread made when the BLM protests erupted across the States during the past summer.

To the same crowd that was hyper critical against BLM. What do you have to say about what happened today at the White House? Only 13 arrests have happened from what I heard. The crowd looked allot larger than that!

You compare few broken door windows to the loot and destruction of Portland , New York and many other cities where this happened during the blm protests? A 3-4 hour incident(which was very bad that happened and many sources suggest antifa and BLM activists hidden in the crowd caused it) in Capitol to cities burning for weeks ?

The event was 99% peaceful. A blm event is 99% destruction. The Capitol event was bad but what blm has done in the last year is 10 time worse .

Before this incident I wasn't aware an individual could force their way into the Whitehouse. We've always assumed you'd be shot on site. Its mind-blowing that so many people could overrun the Whitehouse. What kind of message is this saying to the world?

I agree. And I’m black.

We cant be ignorant to the ‘Facts’ youve stated.

I think there is something going on within the goverment that we are unaware of, but as of now, we’ll sit back and watch.

I will not hesitate to say today was a bunch of foolish shenanigans. Foolish.
What did they hope to accomplish?

It was action without thinking. Acting off emotion like a woman.

That governments should be afraid of their people and not the other way around . Period

You don’t need to be black to know this . Every logical human being knows that BLM has done more bad than good for the black community.

I'm sure that time is ticking away before a mod jumps at the opportunity to close another thread.
... and so I'll say it now.

Wasn't this just another "mostly peaceful protest?"

BLM would have been so much more peaceful. Too bad antifa wasn't there to keep the peace and fix windows.

I have always thought it was possible. People often mock 2A rights advocates by saying you couldn't fight the U.S. government. They mention drone strikes and such. Well, now you see today.

Here is my concern. The illusion is broken now. Everyone thought there is no way you can storm these government buildings. Well, today showed otherwise. Guess the Area 51 joke raid was right about, "They can't shoot us all."

So, I'm worried that several groups with dishonorable intentions may take notice.

Someone mentioned it could've been "allowed" so they can implement "martial law" and other extraordinary measures on the people.

When I am referencing BLM I am talking about the peaceful protest infront of the White House this past summer. The police ran the crowd away so Trump could do a photo-op of the Bible (upside down unimtentionally) next to a church.

Trump is still the president. Why would he do that to his own followers?
He’s not. They called in the national guard way later, and it was Pence who called it in—NOT Trump. I think they invoked the 25th bc Trump suddenly cucked out major and Pence seemed to be calling the shots suddenly, plus there was the letter that got released telling Pence to screw Trump over to further hisnown career or some ****. It’s all ****ed. America has fallen, and now the rest of the world will as well. This was the last bastion of hope but so far no one has the guts to actually arm themselves and start shooting. I’m so fkn pissed.

Must have been what the scaffolding was for.
Are you really sure Antifa wasn't there?

I didn't mean to trigger you by bringing up BLM. My point was that I was against violence, no matter who was committing it.

Got a link to this story?
I saw it on thedonald.win where someone posted it. I can’t find it now cuz it updates super fast and gets news like 2 days before everyone else does.

It was with Rod Rosenstein, that was a huge part of it. Lin Wood was tweeting about it as proof that Pence would screw Trump over, but he never posted it himself (though some others did but twitter removed those posts RIP). If I find it again, I’ll put it here.
