Did i spend too much?

I been seeing a girl about 2 months and for v-day i got her:

All 5 season of saved by the bell the box set - it only cost 40 bucks (its her fav show,and we joke about it all the time)
2 boxes of those little candy hearts with the sayings on them, and packaged rainbow cookies just as a joke cuz she loves them and we have a little inside joke about them.
I'm just gonna throw those 3 things in a gift bag with a card, and get her a dozen roses. Is that too much? Were also going to dinner. She flat out told me she doesnt spend alot on her bfs for v-day, cuz she thinks its a girls holiday anyway, and that she got me a bunch of little things, and made me soemthing herself (god knows wat it is).

Well i could care less what she got me, not like im looking forward to it or anything, im sure its just candy and little sentimental type little crap. Plus watever the "really cute" thing is that she said she made me. i totally could care less. I just hope i didnt spend too much. i thought the saved by the bell thing was perfect. But i dunno u think i should save that for a later holiday, and get her just flowers, candy and dinner.

I guess it is alot cuz in total ill be spending at least 100 bucks.

prob 50 for dinner if we each get a drink and with the tip
40 for saved by the bell
10-15 on flowers
5 dollars on candy
3 on card.

I think you went a bit overboard, but as long as things are good between you two and she's into you, then it doesn't really matter as long as your not spending a lot of money on her on a regular basis. I think Valentine's day is a feminist inspired holiday, and I'll always hate it every year regardless of whether I'm in a relationship or single.

Well actually now im thinking bout gettin her just one red rose. I didnt wanna spend so much, but i saw the saved by the bell set in the store for 42 bucks. Anywhere else it would be alot more, it was a great deal. She told me her gift for me is great and all that (she admitted she spent very little). SO i responded that my gift was great too. So if i save the dvd for her bday, i have no clue wat to get hernow that fits the billing of "great" that i tolld her.

I havent bought her anything yet, aside from paying for dinner occassionally(sometimes i let her pay half). and i burned her 3 cds. Other than that nothin, no flowers or anything like that. So i figured it was aight to give her all this. what do u think?
