Known this gal for 9 months but not going out with her but been texting this gal for a few weeks and she said she likes me and wants to fark me. Then she saw me with a few other gals then got jealous then said she wants to take timeout for a few days before contacting me again because she is falling in love with me. It's been a week and still no contact from her. I haven't contacted her either. Technically it's not getting dumped because I'm not going out with her but I don't want to lose a FWB. Should I contact or wait for her to contact me?

She is not my girlfriend, I think she has a boyfriend but that don't bother me. Does the rule of no contact still apply? I think she is acting like this she doesn't want to break up with her boyfriend and saw me as a fark buddy but now she is getting emotionally involved with me ans is now withdrawing since she always just saw our relationship as physical.

So is by saying what she said does she want no contact with me ever again because she is scared that if she farks me she will fall in love with me and she don't want to break up with her boyfriend.

if a woman really feel jealous or that her guy will be taken by other woman , they become more clingy and showing more interest .
but in your case it is the opposite , usually women when not interested just try to find a reason to blame a man for breakup so that they cant not be the "bad one" who was the reason of breakup
if it wasnt that the reason she would find another reason to blame you for the breakup
if you really think that thing will hurt her or made her jealous then try now to call her and go out with her and let see the results
