I deleted fb a year ago and just reactivated it. I was missing way too much social stuff. You can choose how often you log on. But fb is a chance to build social value which is as important to women as looks.

I deleted my FB for 2 or 3 years, and recently signed up again. Too many of my friends use it as primary communication, and I don't want to cut them out. Glad I signed up again, although I don't check it that often.
Also its great for rooting out SIF's when using OLD. Saved me this week once already.

maybe it's just the people/age group I friended, but the staggering level of self narcissism alone was enough to drive me outta there.
