Cheers for the advice, I really hate lat raises cause they make my shoulders click. I will try to increase them or try another exercise I am more comfortable with.
I have been up to see my bro at university for the last week so all my training and diet went out the window! So time for me to start again!
I have got a cold probably from overindulging so I may need a few more days before I can properly workout.
I am off to Brighton from Mon to Thurs next week will take a baggie of creatine (it looks so much like coke!) and protein to try to keep the diet on track. Next work out will be on Thurs and I am raring to go!
