Cheers for the advice, I really hate lat raises cause they make my shoulders click. I will try to increase them or try another exercise I am more comfortable with.
I have been up to see my bro at university for the last week so all my training and diet went out the window! So time for me to start again!
I have got a cold probably from overindulging so I may need a few more days before I can properly workout.
I am off to Brighton from Mon to Thurs next week will take a baggie of creatine (it looks so much like coke!) and protein to try to keep the diet on track. Next work out will be on Thurs and I am raring to go!

Yeah I suppose I am curious, but I saw in Andrews Bulking thread weighing yourself too much can get you down as it fluctuates. I may up it to once a week as I would like to know if I need to eat more sooner rather than later.

I found a new gym that is covered under my gold membership, I pay a monthly rate and get in for free as many times as I want!

The gym is great its a small room with a squat rack, bench, incline bench, shoulder press rack, smith machine, cable station, preacher bench and a few flat benches with lots of free weights.
I has such a big smile on my face I have always just wanted to go to a basic gym with proper free weights and racks rather than these fancy gyms machines. At last I can do proper squats, deadlifts and bench presses I am gonna grow so much!

I changed my routine aswell I am doing a three day split chest/back, legs and arm.

Overall a good workout it was a real shock to me using full olympic bars. I got stuck while benching too much someone had to come over and help me, that was embarising! But I am excited and one day I will be benching and squating a decent weight.

This workout was a killer I am so used to doing squats and deadlifts on the smith machine! The SLDL were hard I was not sure I was doing them properly, do you bend your knees a bit or keep them locked? The next few days were very painful especially the back of my legs walking was a chore!
