I am not trying to gain weight, I am only trying to gain power, if anything, I might wanna lose weight... go back to 150 or if I do gain weight, I want it to be all muscle, so I'm not holding my breath.

Also, I am scared ****less of deadlifts because my back isn't that strong to start with, so I don't plan on doing that until I am well into my program (a few months), I decided not to do squats because I played basketball and I plan on playing a lot this summer, also I rollerblade a lot, so I think that's ok that I don't train my legs, maybe at the end of the summer if I feel unbalanced.

Well, you could start with a real low weight, even the unloaded bar if necessery (sp), it's what I did, to get form right.

wide grip pull downs: 100lbs x10 x7 x6
cable rows: 90lbs x9 x8 x7
db rows: 35lbs x10 x9 x8
straight arm push downs: 40lbs x12 50lbs x8 x6
lower back extensions: x15 x12 x10

ball sit ups: x20 x15 x15
floor sit ups: x20 x20 x15


and about 1h of rollerblades, not intensive though.

damn no wonder the db shoulders press felt light, I did 45 earlier this week.

I started to get lazy when I didn't work out the day before yesterday, then yesterday I got ****ing sick :mad:

Hopefully, I can work out tomorow and finish my week.

crap, it's been 2 weeks I didn't work out. I'm still a little sick, but I need to get off my ass and work out. I 've been rollerblading almost every 3 day or so though... 1h 2 days ago and same 3 days ago.
