I am not trying to gain weight, I am only trying to gain power, if anything, I might wanna lose weight... go back to 150 or if I do gain weight, I want it to be all muscle, so I'm not holding my breath.
Also, I am scared ****less of deadlifts because my back isn't that strong to start with, so I don't plan on doing that until I am well into my program (a few months), I decided not to do squats because I played basketball and I plan on playing a lot this summer, also I rollerblade a lot, so I think that's ok that I don't train my legs, maybe at the end of the summer if I feel unbalanced.
