Oh ok, I don't think that opener would work on that many women. Direct is best. I used to try to tailor my opener to the woman. I would read their profile and go from there. I didn't have much success and wasted a lot of time on it.

The direct approach has good success and you don't waste much time on it.

Be attractive. You're depending on your looks with OLD more than with actual approaches.

Also why I mentioned that I use "Hi <name>." If using her name gets you a 55% return message rate while not using her name gets you 50%, then you want to use her name.

I don't like those corny pick-up lines. They're trash in real life and trash in OLD. Even if you get a response, you'll probably never get a date. Be direct.

Women are dating for entertainment primarily, attraction is secondary but a must too tho.
If you are not entertaining her, I think you are starting behind.

Being direct can work with very young chick that already have a bit of experience 20-25. It won't work with most older 27+ chick since a lot of them are now *bluepilll* ladies that deserves gentlemen/knights because the fun years are behind, they're getting old and need to settle so they can breed.

Obviously there are always exceptions... I went on a date not long ago with a 35yo single mom and it was obviously very different. She had been working out a lot and since she lived in the boondocks, she had no high value guy to show and this is where I came in. This was real easy, being direct worked real well... she was actually the one after me... which I thought was kinda sad but hey, we had fun.

I find making fun of them straight off the bat is a certain way to get a response. E.g. just about 20 minutes ago I matched with an 8/10 on Tinder, she had her instagram linked to her profile so I was skimming through and noticed she was wearing a football jersey so my first line was just "....you're a Sharks fan?"
She replied with 3 messages straight after being playful and cheeky.

Tease them about a selfie or something that they're wearing in a pic. "Hey how are you" is as dull as it gets. We don't give a fvck about how they are and how their day is going, we want sexual tension and connection.
