Yep, and well not that I am a sap but I want a man to be a man with a plan like I said early. I am not an ******* and caring at times and loving but when he wants to and when I least expect it. Not when I demand it. SHouldn't be that way. And well while I like a man to be human and have fears. I also want someone unlike me in every way and together we bring out the best in one another and grow. But he has to be unwavering.

I am a very business minded go getter, anything I want to achieve I can I will and he has to be even more so to keep my attention. I dunno every woman is different but I don't want my man to want to pic out china patterns with me or decorate the house. Rebuild sure but not too involved in the girly crap. I want us to have differences and similarities but I want it clear as day that he is the man. Believe me I never used to think this way. Especially, when I worked as a Manager at a Big Five accounting firm. God my life has changed and for the best. I had a tons of male friends while doing that career and all I can say, is whatever you do, don't take their role away.

God made men and woman very different and I am glad for that. So show me a man with balls, confidence and sex appeal and I'll be a happy camper. He has to outmatch me. Not me him.

Dj: Sorry but no way. When I got on here I promised that I would never reveal this site and geesh, I have an advantage now that I have been here and through a lot. No way am I gonna give that up. Plus, my friends wouldn't even believe I was on here day and night lately. SOme don't even know about my former DJ. Funny, I met his friends but I never let him meet mine. I guess down deep I was too embarassed. And now he is probably bragging about that ho he banged night and day.. Ouch, double ouch.

Moving on. Since my email, I haven't heard from him. Very harsh but I will stay strong and this time I have learned and will be smarter much smarter the next time. Even he has remarked how i have changed. It's been months since I slept with him. He has come close to getting me back but failed every time. Thank GOD!!! ANd well, it's now really over. Hurts but over. Anyhoo,

Hope you meant that in a nice way to me DJ. I know there was a time when you and I hardly saw I to I. WHen I was in denial about my situation perhaps. WE've I think since cleared that up and helped eachother out. Funny, how that happens ain't it.

I have a situation now with an Iranian woman and I know I cannot do things like I would with an American woman. Things that I could tell an American woman and laugh about this woman would find insulting. The cultures are too different. I can still be C&F but I have to temper it a little bit.
You can show your sensitive side once you are in the relationship.
A simple case; an AFC says to a woman on the 3rd date 'I like you'. A DJ shows through action that he likes a woman without saying it, therefore her IL stays high because she has not heard these words and he is not acting like every other guy.
I understand what Mystery Woman is saying but she might have her own problems ie. she is attracted to guys that have emotional problems. MW does not speak for every woman! Only herself.
A guy who is nervous, upset, shy and almost crying? Yeah guys, go out and act like that and see how many chicks will give you their number.

He wasn't always like this, but he was so god damn hot. When I use AFC I mean showing your sensative side as well as confident.
Despite what this board teaches you, I get the impression that the majority of guys are unhappy. And to an extent resent having to play the macho full-time DJ and supress their emotions. Which causes them to hate women more.

Umm, Sheah! I am happy all the time. Even when I am sad because I love the experience of pure emotion. Some might call me crazy, but at the end of the day when you think about it, sanity is just a point of view...sigh, but that´s a whole other thread aint it?

Ahh, MW you have confirmed what I had previously thought. We simply disagree on the terminology here. To me a real man is capable of expressing whatever he is feeling. I think she is right in the sense that alot of us will hide behind a defensive C&F barrier, which is great for creating intrigue in the beginning, but not so great when used excessively in an LTR. A lot of the techniques on this site encourage and foster an element of mystery and aloofness which, when used sparingly in a relationship, helps to keep things interesting. But there must be a man behind the technique, an element of tenderness to make you more real and less stoic. We are men, living breathing and feeling! Not a bunch of ****y statues. You never want to emotionally vomit on a woman in the beginning, but once a certain level of intimacy and trust is reached, it is wise to never supress your emotions, for that only leads to suffering and bitterness my friends.

I think that's all MW is trying to say. You can't intentionally be AFC, that would defeat the meaning. Definately strive to be DJ! Trust me, your vulnerabilities are involuntary anyway. I think that a DJ is perfect, which is one reason that DJ is so hard to attain. A DJ can be sensitive and a emotional without being any less of a man. Why? Because a DJ is REAL! he doesn't do anything for anybody but himself or unless he wants to. The kind of guy the women seem to be talking about is the kind of guy that USES DJ principles and ideas just to get laid, DJs are real, when they do something it is done not in spite or to play somebody but because they want it. Speaking of women, I think that what they are saying is true FROM their point of view, a woman wants first to be conquered by a man(with confidence and such), then SHE wants TO CONQUER the man! she wants a man to fall for her, I think that the woman WANTS to fall in love and to be loved, I don't know about the other guys but I am not going to fall in love unless I feel like it is time. See, the women say that they want the men to be confident and king of the world but around them they want nerviousness and shyness and LOVE! Those feelings are what turns a girl on, like how guys dig surrender, giving themselves over to us, other emotional type things, guys want that, that is why most guys want to be DJs, not just to get hot girls, but to make them surrender themselves to us. Those emotions are what girls want, which is why you can't give it to them, they will lose interest if they get all they want so easily, just as guys will write off a girl as a slut if she gives in quick(which is where girls and guys differ, guys will come back to tap it, but they won't keep any emotions with the girl) where as girls just dump you for the guy who makes it harder to get love. One time when I was up at a cabin a while ago I had nothing to do so I looked through the little collection of books that came with the house we rented, one of the books little did I know, turned out to be a romance. I am a speed reader so I read pretty fast, I thought that it was actually a pretty good book, but alas it was a romance novel. The book, called paradise or something, was about these to people that love each other, but they never said it, giving in, until, they truely did. The guy would never say anything emotional, he would be commanding and hard and witty make the girls mind run in circles think about if the guy had ANY feeling for her then near the end he confess his love and she was hooked. That, my friends, is what the girl wants, she wants to conquer you, but only let her if you really do love her, if she is a good woman, kind and caring, funny and beautiful, not some skanky b!tch.
