First off we need to define what 'ripped' is,everyone seems to have a different meaning to it.
Yet, my body is surely better than average, since I am 5'9 and 160 lbs and around 13% bodyfat (I'm trying to get to 10 within 3 weeks or so).
I hate to burst your bubble but I was almost at the same spot, 5'8 158lbs and 12-15% bodyfat. Your on the right path without a doubt but I was just like everyone else at pools. Your eating habits are holding you down.
One thing I wanna know: you ripped guys say that girls watch when you pass by because of your muscles.
Who cares about chicks that watch,it could just chance that they look over in your direction = misinterpretation on the posters part assuming they were checking them out. Now it's when they actually approach and harass you is the fun part.
Thus, what I wanna know is: how much are you tall and what's your weight and bodyfat??
5'8,143lbs,7.5% bodyfat(may be less now).
