Yeah, this is the problem.

There's nothing wrong with a woman exploring her options. But if a girl has too many plates it's usually a sign that she has an inflated sense of her own value. Or else such poor self esteem that she has to leech attention from as many guys as she can. Or else she is plain spoiled from too many men filling her head with supplicating BS to the point where she feels entitled. Or all of the above at once.

You're right in the sense that if she is not attractive, no amount of "game" is going to help her. But if she has a certain level of beauty, there are a lot of women who have learned to use their feminine charms to manipulate and wrap guys completely around her finger. And they are very, very good at it.
I would have no desire to become one of these girls' orbiters.

i guess no one can really give you advice on how to deal with her, until you tell us what the problem is.
just because she has career goals and is currently seeing who she likes without being exclusive doesn't constitute a problem on your end.
now if , for instance, you don't want to be with such a chick, then by all means next her.
