As i said earlier it’s a proven fact testosterone production declines the older we get and the examples of 70-80yos having high testosterone is just a rare example . It always depends on your genetics .
Other than that TRT is prescribed by a Doctor only if you need to keep your testosterone levels back to normal if you already have an issue . Also it’s not something expensive. Last time i checked medical testosterone was 10 € per 250 mg , and you need around 100 mg every week to have more than high testosterone than you would naturally produce . People spend 10 times more for other stupid things .
Yeah I'm agreeing with you about declining testosterone as you age. Generally starting at 30 for most and by the time you're 50, most will be at half the level they started out with. All I'm saying is TRT is a personal choice and one that might be further dictated by your genetics and how much you actually lose. As for costs, I think it will vary depending on where you live and availability of the various brands/types and whether you can get insurance to cover it.

This thread inspired me to experiment

As well as Lifting, I have been jogging every morning before breakfast on an empty stomach. Something is working and I can feel my libido climbing. I have as well removed all elements of stress from my life

I've also dropped hardcore p0rn. The reason is to de-sensitize myself to extremities and become excited with "suggestive" imagery instead. I think libido has a lot to do with imagination

When I get h0rny I fvck my wife but I can't decide whether to fap or not. I haven't seen enough evidence for it. For me, keeping my d!ck active seems better than not. But I'm still undecided about this

I've also ordered high quality zinc, magnesium and boron. I'm gonna to see what works and what doesn't and get to know my body better in case libido becomes an issue in future. I've also tried viagra just out of curiosity and works for me
