What are your thoughts on dating an unhappy woman? Let's say a woman with alot of baggage who is yearning for something good to happen to her (a.k.a. a guy to come into her life and save her. I guess "captain save a ho" is a fitting term here.) In my opinion, these type of people go through a phase, maybe for several months, where they believe this person is making them so happy and filling them up/"completing" them. But after this phase, they realize they're ultimately still not happy and pull away...and at some point, sabotage the relationship. Thoughts?

Ivar, aka Mikeman, aka pelvischestly, is that you?

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

Right behind you
There's no worse position to be in than being the source and center of someone else's happiness. Women like this will spiral into a state of depression simply because you didn't respond to their text message within 10 minutes. F*ck that.
How's that bad? You basically control her at that point. And as long as you don't care about her, then she will always be coming back to you.

Dating? No. Hell no.

Spinning? Sure, at your own risk.

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.

Unhappy women don't have to be clingy women who get mad if you don't respond in a few minutes. I'm speaking more on women who use guys short-term (several months to a year) to fill a void.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

No, unhappy in life. Meaning unhappy when they're single also.
What bigneil is pointing out is they will ALSO be unhappy with you. And when they are high maintenence like that you being with them gives them someone to blame.

Your fault or not. They will blame you.

Avoid like the plague.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.
