Man I know lots of Chinese and Japanese girls and I think some of them are preety hot ( I dated one who was quite cute for 4 months) but I don't find them as aggressive as white or Latina women...some guys like that some don't, personally I like a girl who is a little tough because I can put the ***** in her place, most Asian girls don't have that kind of thing unless they are Filipino (HOT). But still, Asian DJ's keep representing....and **** them hard.

LOL... this coming from a guy that moved to JAPAN. How transparent. But you're right... not all Japanese girls can be like that. But I spent part of my childhood in Japan, and my father worked there for 10 years. Our family knows the tendencies of Japanese quite well, so unless they' changed radically since 10 yeasr ago when we left that country, then they're still boring people, in general.
I've been in a similar situation myself. I dated this older French girl (23) and I noticed that language was definitely a barrier. Even though I can speak a little French, I wasn't about to make an ass out of myself in front of her. So our relationship was in English. I think its important to keep in mind that 80% of all communication is nonverbal. So definitely apply the kino. But also, joking has always been central in my game, and probably in yours too. So what you have to do when you're with her is not do your witty comments that require knowledge of American pop culture or a complex understanding of our language, instead keep your humor a little simpler. Not as in fart jokes, but instead of having the joke be based on the connotations of words, have the jokes be a little more direct. She'll enjoy them. Maybe use the language barrier she has as a neg-hit (do it VERY tastefully) when you need it. She's not here with you to learn English, she is here to share a good time with you and make her life more exciting, so give her that, that is more universal than English.

If she is not that much fun to be with then its not fully a language issue. One thing to keep in mind though, the Japanese are very uniform. I have several Japanese friends and they told me that this is the way it is for everything, from politics to culture. People have their differences of opinion, people settle them, a tradition forms, and it stays that way for the next hundred years. They feel that it is very important for everyone to agree on the same thing so that they can act in a unified manner, and this translates into some of her social conceptions to.
on a side topic, i hate asian women. being a white washed asian dude, ive come to the realizaton that if i were to date an asian girl, she would need to be as white washed as i. well...for now i have italian girls.
I've only one thing to add about women from far off lands.
I think it is easy, in most cases, to mistake friendliness for interest. Many cultures speak to each other from a much closer distance (3 to 5 inches) than we do. (18 to 36 inches)
Especially if they've only been over for a short period of time.
I met a nice looking lady named Nam at a party Saturday night. A grad student in Computer Science. Maybe she can support me in my old age! I just wish I could pinpoint where she is from. It's difficult for me to tell, given my ignorant state.
I was amused by the assessment that weaker men go for the Japanese women because they are subserviant. I think, it's possible that their value system is different. They're not concerned about who's going to call when, or who's returning interest. They just want a "good man" who has honor.
