I am 5'10/5'11 ish and the last thing I feel insecure about is my height. Literally dont care in terms of my SMV (perhaps because other aspects are SO bad it should not make a difference if I was 6'8" or something like that. It is shocking with me to see seasoned and experienced guys so insecure about.that issue, like its relevant for anything. @Murk you would really like to be more taller?

6'2" should be ideal in North America. Asia 6'0" or 6'1"; South America 6'1", southern/mid Europe 6'2", Northern Europe 6'3", Africa 6'2" or 6'3"

But the likelihood of having good genes in terms of physique and being tall and being smart and and and , diminish for each attribute that you get
The likelihood of being in the top 20% in height and top 20% in handsomeness is 4% ,
If we also add to be in the top 20% financially , the chance to be like that are under 1%
Ofc we are assuming that these are independent and none of them influence the other , which I think that it is a decent assumption
Yes, when I found out my ex GF valued height, how 6'4 was more attractive than my 6'2. In 2022 at 33 years old I started to value height. Never before then. I have friends and ex-colleagues 6'5 and 6'6 I did always innately envy them. I complain about my height around guys under 5'10 and I realise now to be more considerate and keep my thought on this to myself (or online with you guys).
Maybe it's just wanting what you can't (or don't) have.
Humans are insecure by nature, it's how we survive. People would consider Andrew Tate totally secure, but he was balding and decided to lie and say he shaves his hair by choice. That's him not owning his baldness. We are all insecure.
What I meant to say is that I thought you had other issues apart from height.
Let me ask you another question? If I have you a choice and I was like a genie, what would you change among the options to improve your SMV?
Height, Income, Race, Status, Facial Looks, Instant 6 pack, etc ... would Height really be the first thing you would change?
Nothing, honestly nothing. Your list falls into 2 categories of things you can change and those you can't, but can work on.
Height: 6'2 (wish I was taller but it's nothing I will lose sleep over).
Income: Started my own business 2020, financially independent and my destiny is in my hands, more money than ever
Race: Jamaican/Irish - golden brown, texture like sun, lays me down, through my mind she runs /The Stranglers
Status: Looked up to among peers, can't ask for more (I don't care for a more grandiose scale of status)
Facial looks: Always been called handsome, got me 9s while I was out of shape, my best asset along with my personality/wit/intelligence
6 pack: Been carb free since October, lowest BF% I've been since childhood, working on it. Not needed but a personal goal.
I don't get why you are even complaining about anything. You have 50 porn videos made with you and women. You have a solid SMV and aren't really complaining anything about height just sounds crazy with me? My Italian cousin who is way SHORTER than I am have no issues with women. It sounds crazy that you have everything perfect and still get dumped for a slightly taller guy. Is this the same girl who was giving you issues for wanting to explode on her face or is this someone else?
It's interesting aspect of sexual greed is that nobody is never satisfied as there is always someone just a bit better when there are a tonne of options and you can never be perfect enough when it comes to it with a woman's insatiable standards or for wanting more women & notch counts. For you to even wish you were taller doesn't speak much about your other past conquests/videos if that's not enough with you. This comes with the mindset that sex is the only thing to live for. I bet if you weren't like that then you wouldn't wish you were taller or care.
You won't find one single post where I'm every complaining once about height and I'm stupified as to how people even have issues here.

I don’t want to be taller for purely sexual reasons, it’s just being a bigger taller or substantial man seems really masculine to me. I’m not complaining too much, I’m ok with my height, but even taller would be great.
No I didn’t get dumped for a taller man, I’ve only been dumped by girls I didn’t really care about and put no effort into.
This is really unhealthy. You just have to be happy with what you are. These are beta and negative characteristics.
Everyone is in the same game. All men and women. At the higher levels, its not about size. Just like a CEO or a King is not concerned with 'simple' traits like muscles or height, but more important Game and social skills.
Quality women, even all women possibly, just think big and tall guys are beta and low value. Its weird to be big. Bigger is not always better. The best height for men is the average height. Because in any community the average male height, due to its profleration, is simply the most superior. The average height signals that in that community, that is the optimal height because it spread the most.
True, it’s beta and negative thinking and I’m not above that, I need to do better mentally.
I disagree the average height is superior. 6’6 or even 6’4 is better than 6’2 provided both in shape and good long limbs and long torso. I can’t be convinced otherwise on that.
