dating a workaholic chick...

I know you guys are going to say that if a chick wants to see you she will, but...

I'm dating a medicine student right now, and the chick is busy as **** she's on duty like 3 times a week, and sometimes she needs to cancel our dates because of it...and this **** is frustrating to me, eventhou everytime we see each other we have a great time together...

pls, i'd like to know what you guys thoughts on that
have you guys ever been in a relationship with a workaholic chick!?

wanted to be a spinal surgeon lol

We had really good times together, but she worked and did school **** religiously.
I found it frustrating too, if I were you i'd just spin another plate.
If you're in a committed relationship
I know the feeling, you want to be supportive
But you also have needs and you have to remember that.
If this girl isn't filling the Girlfriend role that you want then you'll have to find another or put up with being put off for work, your choice.

That schedule is not by "choice." That is if she doesn't want to get kicked out and get her degree she'll have to study 24-7 so I'm not sure if you can call her a workaholic.

It seems quite obvious to me that you aren't as busy. You'll have to deal with this ....probably forever. This is what it's like being with a doctor. The types of people who end of staying together with such people are those who are just as busy and cannot find time.
