So I hit it off with a really cute girl a 9.0 in my books, has the look and smarts that I like, problem is she has the same name as my sister...so needless to say sexual things seem kinda weird. Any solutions, I know nicknames are a possibility but still, in the heat of the moment Id call out her full name anyways.

now seriously,,, start a nickname for your sister and another different nickname for your girl and within a month you wont have that confusion at all. that will do the trick for sure.
