Here are a few you might want to consider.
1. Ice skating / Roller skating
- This is a very creative, flexible and memorable date. Pook said charm is treating a woman like a little girl. Tell her you've been looking for the perfect partner to go skating with. If it goes well, it could even become your "thing." If you convey enthusiasm, she will become excited. This (theoretically) works well as an anticipatory or spontaneous date. You'll be the creative guy she can brag to her friends about!
2. Volunteer at a soup kitchen/hospital/church
- It sounds ridiculous, but you will definitely gain points for originality. Personally, I can't stand snobbish, superficial women. This type of environment (theoretically) works well in eliciting her values and determining whether she is long-term relationship material. If she hesitates or questions you, what does that tell you? If she won't talk with the homeless/handicapped, what does that tell you? How does she dress? You should be able to find out everything you want to know about her while demonstrating all sorts of great things about yourself (mysterious, charitable, creative, sensitive)
3. Batting cages / shooting range
- Nothing like a little adventure to stimulate interest and attraction! I'm a big baseball guy, so I could understand if this doesn't appeal to you. Even if it doesn't, getting her to try new things is HUGE. Women (especially younger ones) value men who can show them new things in the world. The point here is, do something that she otherwise would never think to do.
Other ideas:
- Exotic dinner date (Thai, Mexican, Japanese)
- Comedy/improv club
- Dance lessons (line/swing/salsa/ballroom)
- Zoo/Museum
- High School play/fundraiser/sporting event
- Black Friday shopping date
Like you said, you need some sort of ACTION in the date. You also want to do something she RARELY/NEVER does with other men.
Oh! I almost forgot this and it's very important: if possible, pick out an activity related to YOUR passion. If you're a sports guy, do that. If you're a gym rat, do that. You are the MAN so you must LEAD. Lead her into your world!
