Fine. Doubting Men's Health is probably more ignorant than believing everything they write. I'd be willing to bet any expert that writes in MH is more savvy on their subject than anyone posting on this forum.
Being lactose intolerant has nothing to do with wanting to lose fat, etc.
Yes, it aides in acne formation, but once again, that has zero bearing on the original post.
Look, a lot of you are extremely confused about basic nutrition. I'm no expert either, but I can tell you that cutting milk isn't going to make any significant decreases in body fat %; unless you were drinking a gallon/day. Anyone consuming 1% milk at a normal rate isn't going to get fattened up.
Cut out the ****ty high carb, high calorie foods, those are what pack on the pounds. It's good to have a high fat/high protein diet. If your body is constantly burning fat, you're increasing your metabolism.
Keep drinking milk.
