You can rationalize all you want, but I know you drink your own urine because you like the taste. Medical-wise it doesn't do anything.

The guy who survived for 6 days on urine did so because urine contains mostly water. You can only re-use it a couple times then it becomes too concentrated and kills you. Don't believe me? Drink a gallon of seawater.
