Yea BNB has been mooning past couple of days. I don't like chasing companies but it's very good. I feel bad I missed it but I don't like tokens I can't store on my hardware wallet.

How much did you put into BlockCat, it has given me a nice return only in a couple days. I cannot complain at all. I'm sitting on healthy profits right now.

I put about $1500 into CAT. Expecting some volatility over the next few days as ICO investors cash in early. Won't be selling for a while though.

BNB is a solid long term play. I may buy some more. If NEO can moon to $100 as people expect then I don't see how BNB can't moon to $10 by 2018. That would give it an implied market cap of $2bn, which isn't unreasonable given it's the biggest exchange in China and could come to monopolize the market.

Yea you've gotten a nice return. I only put $700. Put nonetheless still a nice 3.7x for me so far.

There was an Enigma hack late last night and people were selling 0x to purchase Enigma so there is a pull back from 0x. So it's a good time to get on 0x.

I hope you didn't sell. BlockCAT is just sitting below $4 at the time of writing with a market cap of c. $30m and it hasn't even hit the top 100 coins (it's currently at rank 106). Once it gets there and it has more exposure it will moon. They have a solid idea, great team and their growth is directly tied to the growth of blockchain technology as a whole rather than a specific niche.

If Populous has a market cap of $200m I see no reason this can't be a $300m company at a minimum. This could be a $30 coin a few months from now. I'm considering buying even more.

Nope. I haven't sold at all. I'm still holding. I haven't made any trades in the past couple days. I've just been holding on to what I got.

I have plenty of ICOs on my watch list next month but only probably investing in three of them. Probably 5k for each one and the max I can for one of them.

One of those investments, Kyber, is not allowing investments from the US. How are you planning to get involved?

I created several accounts and will be using my cousin's ID to invest in that one.

Find someone who registered and buy an account off of them. Or just purchase them on the exchange. But it will likely be an automatic 2x.

Nah not worth it then. There are plenty of other decent ICOs out there with likely high returns and I don't have as much available funds to invest in crypto as you do so need to be selective.

I mean for the last threes ICOs I invested in i got a 10x, 4x, and 2x. So when you do the homework it's almost everything but guaranteed.

I'm pretty confident in the ICOs I choose because I'm extremely picky. So when you have that flexibility I'm able to put in the max of extra cash I have.

But yea your right. Plenty of ICOs will blow up soon. You can't go wrong with a coupe of them.

Propy is an interesting ICO. May have to throw some Ether in it to flip. It deals with real estate. You should check it out @BeTheChange.

I'm looking heavily into ChainLink. www.smartcontract.com/link
I like the team and they have all star advisors. Going to definitely invest a couple thousand on them.

Regarding Propy it seems like a solid idea, however, the drawbacks and potential downsides are significant. They have too many technological, regulatory and commercial hurdles to overcome and if they fail to overcome any of them the platform loses most of its value. There's certainly potential in this project but a high chance of failure. Plus I don't like the fact the lock up period for a good percentage of the ICO funds raised is so small (1 - 3 years) and under the terms once funds are released they can be sold and used for anything, like the founders selling off the coins and bailing.

ChainLink serves a need and the team looks great and thankfully it hasn't received too much attention so i should represent a solid investment opportunity. If the white paper makes sense I'll be investing.

What are your thoughts on Liquid Asset Token? Also been looking at Nimfamoney, BitIndia, REAL and Rent Token but rejected them for a variety of reasons.

Propy has signed a deal with JLL in China. JLL is huge in the real estate game. So I think it's worth a look. I have a spreadsheet that I use that I've actually gotten from a friend and it's been working like a charm. I'd say I'm a conservative investor and everything that I have invested in has had a Great Team, Good Idea, A MVP, and All Star Advisors.

Liquid Asset Token has also scored very high on my spreadsheet and I think the idea has the potential to be huge. The only knocks I think they really have is that they have rebranded before. So I'm trying to figure out why they did that or was it an old company or what. But the idea is huge and first mover can make some moves.

As far as those other ICO I haven't even checked them out.

@PrettyBoyAJ That spreadsheet sounds interesting. When you get back on to whatsapp could you send that across to me please.

All my money is either tied up in real estate or earmarked for my next rental project so I can at best invest in two or three more ICOs seriously. Four if I sell my stake in Golem (break even). Then I'm tapped out unless one of my other investments moons.

The three or four upcoming ICOs I'll likely be investing in are:

  • Red Pulse
  • BitClave
  • Kyber
  • Either Chainlink, Propy or LA Token
Tron I may have missed the boat on and Unikoin I don't feel has as much potential to dominate its market as some of the other upcoming coins. Besides there are already so many gambling orientated tokens. What exactly is Unikoin's unique value propostion?

Another thing that put me off Propy was that it's based in Eastern Europe and a few members of the team aren't as qualified as they initially appear. For example Maria Angelova who is the CFO of the venture and apparently a former CFO of BNP Paribas in her home country had this profile on upwork:

https://www.upwork.com/o/profiles/users/_~01fdc42e3d2a3ceed3/

I get that she works in Bulgaria but $15 an hour seems woefully low for someone who has the kind of experience and expertise she claims to have. The CEO Natalia also raises eyebrows.

I had deleted my WhatsApp. Too many foreign chicks I used to smash hit me up. I really only download it when I go out the states. But yea, I can definitely share some of my top picks for you I have in the spreadsheet. Do you do the Real Estate thing full time or just part time? Your definitely doing your thing bro. If you could diversify Real Estate and Crypto you will be rich. No doubts about that.

As far Propy is concerned. I don't see myself investing in it for the long term. I plan on investing probably 2k into it and flipping it as soon as it hits major exchanges. I've noticed a pattern in these ICO to some of the more hyped up ones and going to try a new strategy. Here are my thoughts on the upcoming ICO you are investing in.

Red Pulse- this is going to be huge. I doubt you'll make the sale. The hyped up Chinese ICO sell out instantly. I'm going to try to purchase but I doubt I'll get in.

BitClave- From my research they don't have a product and I pass on ICO that don't have a product.

Kyber- I made 6 accounts. If I could choose one ICO to invest in this month its going to be this one. Trust me if the max was 100k I'd invest 100k in a heartbeat. Trust me on this one.

ChainLink- Great product, great team, great advisors, I'm planning on investing around 4-5k into this one. I'll probably throw in more depending on if I cash out my 0x profits.

LA Token- I mentioned this above.

Unikoin- I'll pass. Those greedy bastards are trying to raise 100 million dollars. If it wasn't that high I would invest money in this. But I like finding companies with a lower ICO market cap so it's easier to profit.

Now, is free money in CryptoLand if you know what your doing. New people trying to become millionaires everyday coming in and giving the entire Market Cap more money which helps all of us.

Would you be able to send over the spreadsheet if I PM'd you my email?

If it's got sensitive information then could you just tell me what kind of metrics are included - basically what you look out for? For example in my current spreadsheet I have columns for ICO price, implied market cap, team rating, product rating and market need rating among other things.

Kyber - I don't have a Kyber account. Doesn't look like there's any other way to invest so that's off the table.

LA Token - in for a few k. Their ICO pricing is around c. $50 per token and they are looking to have a billion in circulation so that gives them an implied market cap of $500m. Doesn't leave them with a lot of room to grow so this could be a short term flip.

BitClave - Seeks to be the google of the blockchain. Doesn't require too much coding knowledge to build a search engine so I will give this a try. The fundamental concept is valuable and it's something I'd use. Putting properitary information back in the hand of the consumer and allowing us to get a piece of the pie. We get paid for the data we produce by our search habits.

ChainLink - agree

Unikoin - agree for all the reasons we both discussed.

Don't do the real estate thing full time. Just as a side hobby like crypto. But if I can make x 5 -10 on my whole crypto portfolio by end of this year or next then I'm going to quit and become a full time entrepreneur/investor and take contract roles on the side.

Your last point is key and the reason why it's so important to be early. Kicking myself I didn't get in months ago but it is what it is. As far as the timeframe of a bubble is concerned I think we are at the early part of the Boom phase. Crypto is still far from mainstream and even bitcoin's valuation and volume pales in comparison to most fiat currencies. We are still the early adopters from a technological lifecycle perspective.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
