ok so i just started 3 days ago to work out and try to get some cuts for this coming summer.

aight here is what im doing .

I do it in my own house.

I do 50-70 push ups a day

80-90 sit ups a day, plus then i got this ab machine that does
600 situps in 10 minutes

on each arm i do like 70-80 curls a day and same amount of shrugs on each shoulder a day.

What do yall think.
in 3 days that ive done that i can already start to see some results on my shoulders, chest and arms and abs , and im so excited, i cant wait to see what i look like in 2-3 months from now.

Oh and yeah now i drink like 5-10 glasses of water a day, and my diet is not a heavy one but diets dont apply to me cause i dont gain weight period, i can eat anything and everything without gaining weight.

So what yall think of this home workout.

I would recommend either
1. Going to a gym to do some weight training
2. Buying a bench with some olympic plates so you can lift weights

you'd think that with a huge sticky that says GUIDE TO CUTTING UP.. he would actually read it before posting some retarded ass shyt like this.

If you read it, you'd know that you aren't going to cut up squat with that routine.. seeing as you don't even mention a proper cutting diet.

Go join a gym.. just trust us on this one.

I don't doubt that you will cut up while doing your exercises. I'm sure you will. I'm sure you will get better, faster, and longer lasting effects by looking at Diesel's Guide To Cutting though.

ok but atleast somebody recognizes that it will work.
I've looked at the guide and im just not willin' to do any diet and all that crap, when i say that diets dont apply to me im serious i cant gain weight and cant lose any i stay just at my proper weight.
I think thats something that god blessed me with.

Butyeah im not gonna do any diets and i dont have any access to a gym so i do it at home, and so far its workin.

Diets are mostly for suckers, all you have to do is eat more sensibly and keep an eye on the amount of energy you consume and stick under a limit. It working for me so far. I have hardly changed my diet either, just a few small modifications and smaller meal portions is all i have really changed and that is not hard to stick to like a diet and that is why it is working.

Yeah... till you hit a plateau. Which will happen at some point. Your body is specifically engineered to continue to optimize for survival, and a cut/ripped body with 6-8% body fat is not optimized for survival, i.e. it takes work to get there and maintain.

90% of that work is diet.

Merry Christmas, that is all.

ok but im sure that when that plateau its hit you will already have some body to show and i dont want to be all buffy and all that i just want to define my upper body a little and for what im seeing in like 8-10 more weeks i'll be there.

Merry christmas and happy new year.

bfl, why you come here asking for help, then when you get it, you say stuff like it won't effect you, diets are for sissies, or that your cousin got big with that (insert derogatory term) routine.
Why not just get a total gym and cut down real well with fatblaster pills.

I was pretty excited like him at first, cause i made some noticeable improvements in the first two months. Holy crap, was i excited. (i was doing it at the gym though.)
Then, the next two months after that i wasn't seeing as many results, even though my strength was increasing on all my lifts. THAT'S when most people quit. They think every month you get noticeably bigger. You have to bust through plateaus.
