Ive been lifting 4 times a week for some time now.

Usually i do

Mon- Back + bi
Tues-shoulders+wrists
wed-off
Thur-Legs
Fri- tri+chest

Is the combination right? Some people say that doing tri+bi in the same day is more effective. What do you guys think? What would my routine look like if i did bi and tri in the same day?

What does your routine look like?
Thanks for the advice

I'm one of the people that think that muscle groups that are worked in one day should only be worked in one day. I don't like working bi's and tri's on the same day and then working them again when I work chest or back.

I hear it's good to start with biggest muscle groups and go to the smaller ones, such as legs -> chest and triceps -> back and biceps -> shoulder and wrists.

Are you getting the results you want with your workout?

Everyone is different! I suggest using trial and error in finding which routine works best for you. I switch my routine up every 4 weeks or so.

I work out my legs 3 times per week, this has really enhanced my physique. My legs look like crap, but they are getting there.

Looks good to me.

Here's an example of such a routine:

Mon - back
Tue - chest, shoulders
Thu - legs
Fri - arms

In this type of program it's a good idea to separate the arms as much as possible from other upper body workouts. Tuesdays may seem too heavy in the above program. If that is the case then try doing posterior shoulders on Mondays and lateral and anterior shoulders on Tuesdays. Keep experimenting!

Oh, on an arms day, try supersetting biceps and triceps, i.e., do one bicep set and follow it immediately with a tricep set, or the other way around. It will condition your body to heavy exercise very effectively!

Ok, I now will start with:

Mon-Chest-Tri
Tues-Legs
Wed-OFF
Thu-Back+bi
Fri-Sho+Wrists
Sat-OFF
Sun-OFF

Ps. Why is it good to start with the larger muscles first? I haven't been changing the exercises , but it seems that im gaining. I used to be 155, now im 5'9 176lbs. Ive been lifting for a while and havent made any drastic changes regarding my exercises. I still do db presses instead of flat bench. Do you guys recommed changing it? I have a little belly, but im not fat. My goal is to be 190 cut.
Thanks in advance
