i say anyone we use this same technique as they do with porn site to keep little kids out like the one who decided to annouce this site to his town over the radio. or at least we can keep them restricted to only the hs fourms.

I'm 20, but I don't have a credit card, simply b/c i don't want one. (I know tons of people that have gone into debt in no time at all -- i consider credit card debt to be little better than slavery.) So if we have credit card verification, I couldn't access the site.
